ARCHIE FISHER
Archie Fisher, well-known Scottish folk singer/songwriter
who has played with Stan and Garnet Rogers, is doing
his final concert tour, and we are included!
Mr. Fisher has made many recordings, specializing in the folk songs of
Scotland, and does not use electronic equipment. In 1983 he started hosting a folk programme
on Radio Scotland, called Travelling Folk
which is still running.
Mr. Fisher gave
two performances, in Masset at Green Church on
Tuesday, October 21, and in Queen Charlotte at Legion Hall on Wednesday,
October 22.
