JULIE BLUE
Julie Blue was sponsored by the
Arts Council at the 2007 Edge of the World Music Festival on August 10, 11, 12.
She was an enormous hit at the festival,
giving a workshop, “Singing from the Soul,” which was so well attended that several
rows of people were standing outside the workshops tent, as well as leading the
Sunday morning Gospel Celebration, a tradition at the music festival, with the Gwaii Singers. The 2007
Gospel Celebration attracted a very large audience, and a lot of fun was had on
stage!
