KEITH BENNETT & EDWIN MOHORIC
Keith Bennett (harmonica/guitar/vocals) is one of
Canada’s top harmonica players. This
summer he performed with the legendary band Supertramp at the Calgary
Stampede. He has performed classical
harmonica with the Vancouver Symphony, as well as performing live and in the
studio for 25 years in venues around the world. He is also an exceptional lead vocalist and guitarist.
Edwin Mohoric (guitar) is a prolific composer of
original music, and has performed live for many years in the Vancouver
area. He is also a much sought-after
guitar instructor in his home city of Burnaby.
His own recording “Guitar Talk” received extensive national airplay on
CBC’s Disk Drive.
Mr. Bennett and Mr. Mohoric gave two concerts on
the islands to enthusiastic audiences:
on September 29 at Green Church in Masset, and on September 30 at United
Church in Skidegate. These musicians
were exceptionally professional—such skilled guitar and harmonica playing was a
treat.
